In Kryvyi Rih, a two-storey residential building was almost destroyed in a rocket attack on the evening of 19 December.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military District Administration Serhii Lysak.
"For the second night in a row, the Russians have been ruthlessly targeting the city. Civilians, buildings and infrastructure are under attack.
Two people remain in hospitals after being pulled out of the rubble of the destroyed building. Their lives are not in danger," the statement said.
An aid headquarters has been set up to distribute OSB, film and other building materials. Applications for financial assistance are being accepted. Psychologists are working with those who survived the terrible night.
