MFA of Ukraine on Orban’s "Christmas truce": There are no realistic proposals on table. This is just cynical manipulation

Ukraine's Foreign Ministry has called on Hungary to stop manipulating the "Christmas truce" proposal.
According to Censor.NET, citing European Pravda, this was stated by Foreign Ministry spokesman Heorhii Tykhyi at a briefing on Friday, December 20.
Tykhyi emphasized that currently "there is no real ‘Christmas truce’ on the table," and the alleged proposals are "a PR stunt by the Hungarian side, which we call 'peaceful PR.
"Why are they doing this? Apparently, for some internal political reasons. There are no realistic proposals on the table," the spokesman said.
Tykhyi added that Ukraine has repeatedly asked Hungary "not to engage in manipulations on the topic of war, deaths and the Christmas holiday" both publicly and privately.
"This is just a cynical manipulation, in our opinion... Well, you can see that they are doing what they see fit," he concluded.
What preceded it?
Tensions between Ukraine and Hungary escalated after Viktor Orban called Russian dictator Vladimir Putin last week.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that he had proposed that Ukraine and Russia make a Christmas truce and a large-scale prisoner exchange.
Zelenskyy's advisor Dmytro Lytvyn said that the Hungarian side had not discussed any such proposals with Ukraine.
The Kremlin said that Russia, in response to Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban's initiative to hold a "Christmas truce" and exchange prisoners between Russia and Ukraine, had allegedly passed its proposals to Budapest, but ’Kyiv rejected the idea."
