Explosion rang out at plant in Russia’s Khakassia: there are dead and injured

An explosion has rung out in the Russian republic of Khakassia on the territory of the former Abakan Research and Mechanical Plant.

This was reported by Governor Valentin Konovalov, Censor.NET reports.

The incident occurred due to a violation of safety regulations, Konovalov said.

As a result, he said, there were injuries and deaths.
