All residential buildings in Kryvyi Rih connected to heat supply
In Kryvyi Rih, all residential buildings have been fully connected to heat supply after the heating networks were damaged on November 21.
This was reported by Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine Tymur Tkachenko, Censor.NET reports.
"This was made possible thanks to the large-scale and well-coordinated work of repair crews who worked almost around the clock, as well as the active support of communities, which significantly reduced the time required to complete the work.
The next step is to eliminate localized accidents on heating networks and prepare for the introduction of distributed generation of electricity and heat, which will increase the reliability of energy supply. An important task is also to develop a program for the modernization of heating networks for 2025 with a clear definition of funding sources," he said.
As reported, almost 1,000 houses in Kryvyi Rih have been left without heating since November 21 due to damage to heating networks, with about 110,000 people living in them. Kryvyi Rih CHP promised to complete the connection of all consumers to heat by December 8.
