Three communities on the left bank of Kupiansk district left without electricity, gas and water - DSA

Due to the proximity to the combat line, three communities on the left bank of the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv region were completely left without utilities.
The head of the Kupiansk DSA, Andrii Kanashevych, said this during a telethon, Censor.NET reports.
According to the official, Kupiansk, Kurylivka and Petropavlivka communities have no electricity, gas and water supply.
"I would like to note that critical infrastructure is not only suffering, but we have suffered. If we talk about the left bank of Kupiansk district, we have three communities that have no electricity, gas or water. And there is no possibility to restore it, because the front line is quite close and there are certain risks for the repair teams. Of course, no one will take any risks, so as soon as there is an improvement, as soon as there is an opportunity, it will be done," Kanashevych said.
He also noted that the amount of damage is significant.
"Even if it is possible to restore the power supply tomorrow, it will take several weeks to restore it - this applies to gas and electricity," he said.
At the same time, the situation on the right bank of the Oskil River is somewhat better. In particular, Kupiansk and nearby settlements have electricity and gas.
According to the head of the DSA, there are some problems with water supply, but local authorities provide water supply - some constantly, some periodically, and in some places there is organized water delivery.
