YouTube stops working even with VPN in occupied Luhansk region - media

In the occupied territories of Ukraine, in particular, in the Luhansk region, YouTube video hosting does not work even with a VPN.
According to Censor.NET, local residents of the occupied part of Luhansk region reported such problems to Realna Gazeta.
According to them, the service works only with a paid VPN, with free versions it works for a minute, without it it does not work at all.
According to Nastoyasnoye Vremya, 80% of Russia's population cannot access the platform.
