There will be no quick and easy solution for Ukraine, - Macron

French President Emmanuel Macron believes that Ukraine should have "realistic discussions on territorial issues".
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to Le Monde.
According to Macron, only Ukraine can lead them to find a solution to the conflict.
The United States must help us change the nature of the situation and convince Russia to come to the negotiating table," while the Europeans will have to "build security guarantees" for Ukraine, "which will be their first responsibility," the French leader added.
The French president also noted that under current conditions, "there will be no quick and easy solution in Ukraine" - against the backdrop of Donald Trump's previous promises to end the war in 24 hours.
"The new American president himself knows that the United States has no chance of winning anything if Ukraine loses," he said, adding that Ukraine's capitulation cannot be good for Europeans and Americans.
Macron said that trust in the West would be undermined if it agreed to a "compromise" because of "fatigue" from the conflict.
