Russia plans to take 5,000 schoolchildren from TOT of Luhansk region under Kremlin program - NRC

Russia plans to take 5,000 children from the temporarily occupied Luhansk region under one of the Kremlin's programs known as the "Cultural Map 4+85".
This is reported by Censor.NET with reference to the National Resistance Center.
The purpose of this program is to organize propaganda trips for schoolchildren to Russian cities in order to "brainwash" and further Russify Ukrainian children. In addition, children are offered to continue their education in Russia.
As noted, in 2025, the Kremlin intensified its policy of assimilation of Ukrainians in the temporarily occupied territories. In addition to this program, Russia is expanding other similar initiatives, changing only the names. This applies to programs such as "university changes" and "recreational" trips, which are also used to take children out of the occupied territories.
