Poltava region: SSU exposes offender who leaked location of Ukrainian Armed Forces’ military base to Internet

The Security Service of Ukraine exposed a resident of Poltava district who posted information on the deployment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Poltava region on one of the social networks.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the SSU press service.
The defendant was an IDP from Luhansk region who moved to Poltava region after the start of the full-scale invasion.
According to the case, the woman published information about the location of the Ukrainian military in a popular online community with almost 10,000 members.
Immediately after the publication, the SSU took measures to protect the personnel of the military unit and prevent an enemy strike.
The offender was served a notice of suspicion under Part 2 Art. 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - unauthorized dissemination of information on the sending, movement of weapons, armaments and ammunition to Ukraine, movement, movement or deployment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, committed under martial law or a state of emergency. The sanction of the article provides for a sentence of imprisonment for a term of five to eight years.
The pre-trial investigation has now been completed, and the indictment has been sent to court.
