One thousand railway tickets purchased by servicemen through "Army+" during holidays - General Staff

Military purchased over a thousand Ukrzaliznytsia tickets in Army+ program

During the holidays, 1,104 railway tickets were purchased by Ukrainian defenders in the "Pluses" military support program in the "Army+" application.

This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Censor.NET informs.

It is noted that for a little over a week now, Ukrzaliznytsia JSC has been providing access to tickets from the special reserve for trains traveling from/to cities close to the combat zone in the application.

"Already 783 passengers have used the service. Most often, military personnel bought tickets the day before the train departure (26% of tickets). Within 24 hours before the departure, 20% of tickets were purchased, and in 2 days - 22%," the statement said.

"Only last week we launched the Pluses program, and we already have 14,000 users who have logged into the app and tested the ticket ordering service. I am grateful to our partner Ukrzaliznytsia for supporting the military and integrating their offers into Army+. And 540,000 military personnel can already feel this support from Ukrainian companies," said Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization.

As part of the Pluses program, Ukrainian companies, which are also represented in the frontline regions, offer special loyalty conditions for the military. Ukrzaliznytsia JSC and Ukrnafta PJSC were the first to offer their "pluses" for the military, providing discounts for each liter of gasoline, diesel fuel and autogas, as well as 30% off the menu of gas stations, the General Staff added.

Currently, the new service in Army+ is available to servicemen of the Armed Forces, the National Guard and the State Transport Special Service. Later, access to the app, including the "Pluses," will be extended to all the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
