101 combat engagements took place in frontline, enemy concentrates efforts in Pokrovsk and Kurakhove directions - General Staff
As of 4 p.m., 101 combat engagements took place in the frontline since the beginning of the day. The occupiers are concentrating their efforts on the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove directions.

The situation in the north
The border areas of Ukrainian settlements, including Oleksandrivka, Velyka Pysarivka, Turia in Sumy region and Tymofiivka in Kharkiv region, suffered from Russian artillery shelling. At the same time, the enemy attacked Oleksandrivka with FFARs (free-flight aerial rockets).
Hostilities in the Kharkiv region
In the Kharkiv direction, the Defense Forces repelled one attack by enemy troops near Starytsia.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy tried to advance to our positions five times during the day in the areas of Zapadne, Kucherivka, Petropavlivka and Zahryzove.
Hostilities in Donbas
The aggressor also increased the number of attacks to 12 in the Lyman direction. With the support of aviation, it attacked near Zelenyi Hai, Borivska Andriivka, Kopanky, Tverdokhlibove, Makiivka, Hrekivka and Ivanivka. Nine combat engagements are ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk direction, our defenders repelled three occupants' attacks in the area of Chasiv Yar. Another combat engagement is ongoing near Bila Hora. The enemy dropped two GABs (guided aerial bombs) on Maiske.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy tried to advance nine times in the areas of Toretsk and Shcherbynivka. Six combat engagements are currently underway. The enemy dropped two aerial bombs on Kostiantynivka.
In the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy started clashes of varying intensity 31 times. Our defenders repelled 20 enemy attacks in the areas of Baranivka, Myroliubivka, Yelizavetivka, Promin, Lysivka, Zelene, Zvirove, Novyi Trud, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Uspenivka, Novovasylivka and Novoielyzavetivka. Currently, 11 combat engagements are still ongoing.
Fierce fighting continues in the Kurakhove direction. Our troops repelled 16 enemy attacks near Sribne, Andriivka, Petropavlivka, Kurakhove and Dachne over the day, and four more engagements are ongoing.
In the Vremivka direction, the aggressor attacked the positions of our defenders seven times near Yantarne, Kostiantynopil and Rozlyv, one combat engagement is still ongoing. Temyrivka and Velyka Novosilka were subjected to air strikes by GABs.
The situation in other directions
In the Prydniprovske direction, the Defense Forces repelled one enemy attack near Kozatskyi Island. The enemy dropped four GABs on Kherson.
In the Kursk region, Ukrainian defenders repelled 11 invaders' attacks, five combat engagements are still ongoing. In addition, the enemy made 143 artillery attacks, including one from a multiple launch rocket system.
The enemy did not conduct any active operations in the Siversk, Huliaipole and Orikhiv directions.
In other directions, there were no significant changes in the situation.
