Germany to provide Ukraine with tanks, IRIS-T and IFVs in 2025 - media

Germany is preparing to provide Ukraine with significant military support in 2025.
This is reported by N-TV, citing government sources, Censor.NET reports, citing European Pravda.
The new aid package will include:
- 22 Leopard tanks 1,
- 25 Marder infantry fighting vehicles,
- IRIS-T SLM/SLS air defense missile system,
- 16 howitzers,
- 2 Patriot launchers,
- 7 Gepard anti-aircraft systems with 120 thousand rounds of ammunition.
Ukraine will also receive 3,500 Helsing attack drones, 6 Sea King helicopters, and 250,000 artillery shells.
In addition, Berlin will provide the Ukrainian army with a number of other weapons and military equipment. This will strengthen Ukraine's capabilities amid the ongoing war against Russian aggression.
Earlier it was reported that German Chancellor Olaf Scholz resists the allocation of additional aid to Kyiv for 3 billion euros, which is advocated by Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock and Defense Minister Boris Pistorius.
