Bild wrote that Baerbok "ran away" from Scholz because of his blocking of aid to Ukraine: German Foreign Minister denied it

German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbok commented on the photo in which Chancellor Olaf Scholz is reaching out to her with his hand, and she is allegedly running away from him. Earlier, the media wrote that this was Burbock's way of protesting to the Chancellor over his blocking of €3 billion in aid to Ukraine.
According to Censor.NET, Burbock said this on ZDF TV channel.
The day before, Bild wrote that Baerbok had left the meeting and was "running away" from Scholz because he was blocking a three billion euro aid package for Ukraine.
Other German media outlets also described this meeting, reporting that the chancellor agreed to this aid, but only if the debt regime was canceled, i.e., to obtain additional borrowing. But Burbock is against this.
Baerbok's reaction
The German foreign minister denied that she had turned away from Scholz when he reached out for her.
According to her, it was a "snapshot" and she simply did not see the chancellor's movements.
This rather symbolizes the time we live in, when snapshots give the impression of something that is not really happening. [...] And from this [photo] it is concluded that I am not shaking hands, although, as you can see in the photo, I didn't even notice what was happening behind me, because, like every person, I don't have eyes in the back of my head. So it's a typical snapshot, it's a millisecond, and you always have to take into account the context in which it actually happened," Baerbok explained.
Earlier it was reported that German Chancellor Olaf Scholz resists the allocation of additional aid to Kyiv for 3 billion euros, which is advocated by Foreign Minister Annalena Burbock and Defense Minister Boris Pistorius.
Pistorius denied that Scholz was blocking a new aid package for Ukraine.
