Shufrych, Muraiev, Symonenko, Boiko: NSDC sanctions list includes 18 people

Today, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree enacting the decision of the National Security and Defence Council on sanctions.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to Presidential Decree No. 38/2025

Thus, the President's website published Decree No. 38/2025 on the Decision of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine of 19 January 2025 "On the Application and Cancellation of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions)".

"In accordance with Article 107 of the Constitution of Ukraine, I hereby resolve:

To enact the decision of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine of 19 January 2025 "On the Application and Cancellation of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions)" (attached).
Control over the implementation of the decision of the National Security
and Defence Council of Ukraine, enacted by this Decree, shall be entrusted to the Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine.
This Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication," the decree reads.

In total, the sanctions list includes 18 Ukrainian and Russian citizens, including MP Nestor Shufrich, former deputy editor-in-chief of the pro-Russian publication Strana Svitlana Kriukova, former MP Yevhen Muraiev, former leader of the banned Communist Party Petro Symonenko, and former MP Oleh Voloshyn.

In addition, according to the list, only the deprivation of state awards was applied to MP Yurii Boiko.
