Russians continue to try to capture Chasiv Yar - OTG "Luhansk"
Russian invaders continue to intensively shell Chasiv Yar.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by Dmytro Zaporozhets, spokesman for the OTG "Luhansk", on the air of the TV channel "We-Ukraine".
"Over the past day, 134 artillery attacks were registered in the Chasovoyarsk sector, and there were two enemy assault actions," he said.
Mr. Zaporozhets explained that during the assault actions the enemy is engaged in small arms fire and uses all available means of destruction trying to force Ukrainian defenders from their positions.
"The period of assault actions is mostly "gray", when visibility is limited for aerial reconnaissance, for the use of various types of UAVs. Mostly it happens during the day," noted Zaporozhets.
Since the beginning of the year, 200 air strikes have been recorded in the Luhansk operational response area. In Kostiantynivka, the Russians are mostly using anti-aircraft guns.
The day before, the Khortytsia military unit reported that urban fighting was taking place in Chasiv Yar with varying success. The occupiers are destroying the city because they only want the territory.
