"Servant of People" leader Arakhamia was at Capitol for Trump’s inauguration - Independent

The leader of the "Servant of the People" party, Davyd Arakhamia, attended the inauguration of US President Donald Trump on 20 January 2025.
According to Censor.NET, The Independent writes about it.
As noted, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was not in Washington for Donald Trump's inauguration, but he sent one of his closest political associates.
"People working with the newly installed White House administration point to the presence of one of Zelensky’s key allies at a place of honour at President Trump’s inauguration," the newspaper notes.
"People who work with the newly appointed White House administration point to the presence of one of Zelenskyy's key allies in a place of honour at President Trump's inauguration," the newspaper notes.
It is also noted that Arakhamia, the leader of Zelenskyy's "Servant of the People" party's Ukrainian parliamentary group, was granted a rare seat in the Capitol rotunda to attend Monday's inauguration. He later told Ukrainian media that he now expects an official Ukrainian delegation to meet with the US president next month.
"We are now working to ensure that the relevant meetings are held at the inter-parliamentary level and other levels," he said
"...Arakhamia was one of just a handful of foreign dignitaries allowed into the building once the ceremony was taken inside because of the sub-zero temperatures in Washington DC on the day. Others included former UK prime minister Boris Johnson and Italian prime minister Giorgia Meloni," The Independent adds.
