Russia strikes Kharkiv, landing within residential area, woman killed, 5 injured (updated)
On the morning of February 1, 2025, the Russian Federation attacked the Kharkiv region.
This was announced in a telegram channel by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synehubov, Censor.NET reports.
According to him, enemy hits were recorded in Kharkiv and Berestyn districts.
Information about the destruction and casualties is being checked by specialized services.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, in turn, informs that the plane landed in Kharkiv, first in the Kholodnohirsky district, within a residential area. There is a fire at the site of the hit.
There is preliminary information about one casualty at the arrival site.
"One woman was wounded, according to doctors, in a serious condition," said Synehubov.

Later it became known that, unfortunately, a woman of about 60 years old died as a result of an enemy strike.
As of 8:29 a.m., the RMA reported 5 casualties in Kholodnohirsk district.
