Identification of Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier beheaded by Russian military - Dobroserdov
The Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier who was beheaded by the Russian military has been preliminarily identified.
This was stated by the Commissioner for Persons Missing in Special Circumstances, Artur Dobroserdov, Censor.NET reports.
"Photographic materials from hostile information resources are being distributed on the network, which show an image with the severed head of a Ukrainian serviceman.
We inform that thanks to the measures taken by the employees of the Office (the Commissioner's Secretariat), we have preliminarily managed to identify the deceased. The National Police of Ukraine has already been informed to establish contact with the military's relatives and conduct the necessary investigative actions to clarify the circumstances of the incident, establish the location of the body and other important details," the statement said.
The Prosecutor General's Office has been informed about another war crime committed by the Russian occupiers.
"We urge you to refrain from disseminating unverified information and trust only official sources of information.
In order to ensure the inevitability of the aggressor country's responsibility, each war crime is carefully documented, and the relevant information is transmitted to international legal institutions," Dobroserdov added.
