Work on Trump’s plan regarding war in Ukraine will begin in February, - Zelenskyy
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that Donald Trump does not yet have a plan to end the war in Ukraine.
According to Censor.NET, he said this in an interview with The Economist.
‘I’m sure there isn’t a ready plan yet. Why? Because a plan can’t be purely American. Because the war is happening here. And without our joint work, without consulting us, I think it can’t be complete. President Trump’s team probably has some developments. I’m sure they do, because it’s a very important issue for them,’ the head of state explained.
According to Zelenskyy, Ukraine has not yet seen or heard any proposals from the United States.
‘I think February will be the month when this work begins. I think President Trump is dealing with domestic issues in the United States, and I think that’s his priority. At least, that’s what we see in the public domain, and I don’t have any other information,’ the president added.
