Massive attack by Shahed on Mykolaiv: critical infrastructure facility and 5 high-rise buildings damaged. PHOTOS
On the night of 16 February, the enemy launched a massive drone attack on Mykolaiv.
This was announced in the morning by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Vitalii Kim, on Telegram, Censor.NET reports.
According to him, the attack caused damage to a critical infrastructure facility and a fire, which was quickly extinguished by firefighters. Five apartment buildings were damaged as a result of the fall of Shahed debris and the blast wave. At least four shops, a catering establishment, and office premises were also damaged.
As a result of the attack, a 64-year-old man was wounded and hospitalized. His condition is currently satisfactory.
Earlier, Censor.NET reported that on the night of Sunday, 16 February, explosions were heard in Mykolaiv.
It was also noted that the Russian invaders had launched attack drones on the territory of Ukraine. In particular, there were reports of a threat to Mykolaiv and the region.
