Kellogg said he would arrive in Kyiv on February 19 for three-day visit

US Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg will arrive in Ukraine on Wednesday, February 19, for a three-day visit.
According to Censor.NET, he said this in response to a question from Interfax-Ukraine.
Kellogg said that on Tuesday, February 18, he was traveling to Warsaw, and from there he would take a night train to Kyiv: "I'm leaving by train tomorrow night. And I will be there (in Kyiv) on Wednesday morning."
At the same time, he did not indicate whether he would go to the front line, as reported by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, as he claims that the program has not yet been finalized.
"As for the trip to Ukraine, the trip is still being finalized, so the answer is yes. Will I have the opportunity to meet with President Zelenskyy? The answer is yes," Kellogg said.
He noted that he will spend three days in Ukraine, and this is not his first visit to the country.
He also recalled that he recently "saw" Zelenskyy at the Munich Security Conference, noting that on the first day of his visit, President Zelenskyy may not be in town, "so we may have some events on the ground."
"But (as) we speak, it's still (the program) being finalized," Kellogg added.
As a reminder, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the visit of Trump's Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg to Ukraine on February 20, 2025.
