1,000 DPRK soldiers are undergoing training on new military equipment - Skibitskyi
North Korean army soldiers are quickly adapting to modern warfare.
This was stated by the representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Vadym Skibitskyi in a commentary for the South Korean edition of The Chosun, Censor.NET reports citing the press center of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.
According to him, 1,000 DPRK soldiers in Russia are being trained on new military equipment.
"North Korean soldiers learn quickly and adapt to modern tactics and strategies in just a few months. Their combat effectiveness has increased significantly - not only in the use of traditional weapons such as tanks but also in the use of modern systems, including drones," Skibitskyi said.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russia is likely to send several thousand more North Korean troops to the Kursk region due to significant losses.
