Slovakia, Hungary, Germany and US do not support Ukraine’s accession to NATO yet, - Zelenskyy

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that four countries currently oppose Ukraine's membership in NATO.
According to Censor.NET, citing Anadolu, he said this at a press conference at Esenboga International Airport in Ankara.
The President raised the issue of Ukraine's accession to NATO in order to prevent the resumption of the war.
"President Erdogan also understands this and has expressed support for Ukraine's accession to NATO in the future. He realizes the importance of this, and many in Europe do too. 99% of European leaders support our accession to NATO. Slovakia, Hungary, Germany and the United States do not support it yet, but we understand that the United States plays an important role in shaping opinions," he said.
Zelenskyy noted that without NATO, there can be no guarantees and added that Ukraine has a strong army, but it needs weapons and money to support it.
