This ’chaos’ is temporary, Ukraine will survive - Yatsenyuk

Ukraine's victory will be a very difficult task without American assistance.

This was stated by the head of the Kyiv Security Forum, former Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Censor.NET reports.

Yatsenyuk expressed confidence that Ukraine will survive and that this ‘chaos’ is temporary.

"We have enough strength and wisdom to revive transatlantic unity and to do everything possible to help Ukraine win its righteous struggle," he said.

At the same time, Yatsenyuk noted, Ukraine's victory will be a very difficult task without American assistance.

"And, frankly speaking, I have no idea how Ukraine's security can be guaranteed without American support," he added.

Yatsenyuk also commented on the words of U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who said that concessions were needed from both sides:

"I understand what concessions Russia has to make. But from the point of view of Ukraine and the Ukrainian people, after more than a decade of this bloody war, after three years of full-scale invasion, hundreds of thousands of dead, killed and wounded, after the atrocities committed by the Russian army in Ukraine, after the gross violation of international law by the Russian Federation and war criminal Putin, what other concessions can the Ukrainian people make?"
