77 combat engagements took place in frontline: 18 - in Pokrovsk direction, 12 - in Kursk region – General Staff
Since the beginning of the day, 77 combat engagements have taken place in the frontline. Our defenders are stopping the enemy, holding the line and destroying the plans of the Russians.

Shelling in the north
During the day, the enemy from the territory of the Russian Federation fired artillery shells near the settlements of Kucherivka, Oleksandrivka, Bila Bereza, Korenok and Shyrokyi Bereh in the Sumy region; Zarichchia and Huta-Studenetska in the Chernihiv region.
Hostilities in the Kharkiv region
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy tried four times to attack the positions of the Defense Forces near Vovchansk, and also launched an air strike near Chornohlazivka.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy tried to advance to our positions near Petropavlivka once during the day, the attack was successfully repelled.
Hostilities in Donbas
Nine combat engagements took place in the Lyman direction near Nevske, Yampolivka, Kolodiazy and Hryhorivka. Three combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Siversk direction, the enemy is attacking in the area of Verkhnokamianske, and the battle is ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy attacked three times in the areas of Chasiv Yar and Ivanivske, two combat engagements are ongoing.
In the Toretsk direction, the invaders attacked eight times in the areas of Ozarianivka, Toretsk and Leonidivka. Our defenders repelled all attacks. Kostiantynivka came under an air strike.
High enemy activity is still observed in the Pokrovsk direction. Eighteen clashes of varying intensity started today near Zelene Pole, Vodiane Druhe, Yelyzavetivka, Novotoretske, Promin, Kotlyne, Nadiivka, Andriivka and Ulakly, four of them are still ongoing. Enemy's GABs (guided aerial bombs) struck Myrnohrad and Pokrovsk.
In the Novopavlivka direction, the aggressor attacked 13 times in the areas of Kostiantynopil, Rozdolne, Novyi Komar and Pryvilne, six combat engagements are currently ongoing.
Hostilities in the south
In the Huliaipole direction, the enemy attacked Novodarivka and Huliaipole with free-flight rockets.
Eight times the occupiers tried to advance on the positions of Ukrainian troops in the areas of Mali Shcherbaky, Novoandriivka and Stepove in the Orikhiv direction. Two firefights are still ongoing, and the enemy also attacked Kamianske with free-flight aerial rockets.
The enemy did not conduct any active offensive in the Huliaipole and Prydniprovske directions.
AFU operation in the Kursk region
In Kursk region, Ukrainian defenders are repelling three invaders' attacks, with a total of 12 combat engagements recorded so far. The enemy launched nine air strikes, dropping 11 guided bombs on settlements and positions of the Defense Forces, and also fired 296 artillery shells, including five from multiple launch rocket systems.
Ukrainian troops are depleting the enemy along the entire front line and in the rear.
