Johnson: Churchill would have done same thing as Zelenskyy. He would not have minced words in front of Trump

Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is convinced that Winston Churchill would have acted in the same way as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in the situation of war with Russia.
He said this during a special meeting in Kyiv organized by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation, Censor.NET reports citing the EP.
"Churchill would have done the same thing as Zelenskyy does. And he would not have minced his words in front of Trump," Johnson said.
Boris Johnson also criticized Donald Trump's statements about Ukraine's guilt in the outbreak of the war, noting that by this logic, one could say that the Americans provoked the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.
"The reality offered by the Americans - I cannot accept it because I have a heart. In particular, we are talking about a deal on mineral resources," he explains.
Nevertheless, he understands that Trump wants to ensure greater European involvement.
"We have to be realistic, but we have to develop our own solutions. In particular, he is not against peacekeepers on Ukrainian soil, so let's do it," Johnson summarizes.
