Trump is no longer ally, he is communicating with our enemies – former French President Hollande

Former French President François Hollande believes that the United States is "no longer an ally" of the EU under President Donald Trump.
"Trump is no longer an ally, he is communicating with our enemies. Even if the American people remain our friend, the Trump administration itself is no longer our ally," the former French president said in an interview with Le Monde.
Hollande also commented on Trump's words that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is a "dictator without elections," his intention to hold direct talks with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, and his vote against the UN draft resolution condemning Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
All this, according to the former French president, signals a possible "divorce" between Europe and the United States on the horizon.
Hollande also said that Emmanuel Macron's visit to the United States and meeting with Trump did not produce a satisfactory outcome, as he remained level-headed.
