Without US weapons, war in Ukraine would have ended in 2 weeks – Trump
During a meeting at the White House with Volodymyr Zelenskyy, US President Donald Trump commented on the provision of weapons to Ukraine.

"We gave you $350 billion in weapons and equipment, and you should be grateful. If it wasn't for our weapons, this war would have ended immediately, within two weeks," Trump said.
Zelenskyy replied that he had already heard from Putin about the end of the war "in 3 days".
Asked if Trump plans to "send more weapons to Ukraine if there is no peace", he said that the US is not looking to send a lot of weapons, but to "end the war".
"The answer is yes. But I hope we don't have to send a lot of weapons, because I look forward to it being done quickly [ending the war]," the US president added.
