If Putin is not stopped, he may attack Moldova and possibly Romania - Macron

If he is not stopped in Ukraine, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin may try to invade Moldova and Romania.

This was stated by French President Emmanuel Macron to La Tribune, Censor.NET reports citing RBC-Ukraine.

He noted that Russia poses an existential threat to Europe as never before.

"We have a rearmed and aggressive Russia on our borders. He (Putin - Ed.) is carrying out terrorist acts and large-scale disinformation campaigns here in Europe," Macron said.

According to the French president, if no one stops Putin, he"will definitely go to Moldova and possibly further to Romania."

"Our security is at stake," Macron added.
