There is no threat from Belarus to Ukraine right now, - SBGSU

The spokesman for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Andrii Demchenko, said that there is currently no threat to Ukraine from Belarus.

This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to Ukrinform.

"The Belarusian direction remains a priority. At the same time, we do not see any strike groups being formed on the other side of the border or any forces accumulating that could pose a threat to us," the spokesman said.

Demchenko emphasized that the situation on the border with Belarus remains under control, and work on engineering arrangement of the border continues to ensure the possibility of a quick response in case of a change in the situation.
