US and Ukraine to issue joint statement following meeting in Saudi Arabia - FT

Following the meeting on Tuesday, March 11, in Saudi Arabia, the United States and Ukraine will issue a joint statement.
This was reported by the Financial Times, according to Censor.NET.
"The two sides will present a joint statement summarizing a day of discussions that were to revolve around Ukraine's proposal for a partial ceasefire in the war with Russia, as well as a possible deal with the United States on Ukraine's mineral resources," the publication writes.
It is noted that there are no plans to continue the talks on Wednesday, March 12.
Ukraine-US talks in Saudi Arabia
Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the teams of Ukraine and the United States had resumed work and a "meaningful meeting" could take place next week.
According to Fox News, the delegations of Ukraine and the United States will meet in the Saudi capital Riyadh next Tuesday, March 11.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine believes that the meeting of representatives of the United States and Ukraine in Riyadh is an opportunity to sign an agreement on minerals.
