Rubio on security guarantees for Ukraine: We need sufficient deterrence

The United States is ready to discuss the issue of security guarantees for Ukraine.

This was stated by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Censor.NET reports citing The Guardian.

Answering the question about security guarantees, he noted that Ukraine needs sufficient means to deter future attacks.

However, according to Rubio, this issue needs to be discussed.

Rubio also noted that Europeans "need to be involved in this."
