Russian Federation attacks most often in Pokrovsk and Toretsk directions, - Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff. MAP

As of 12 March 2025, the Ukrainian Defence Forces fought 138 combat engagements with the Russian occupiers.

This is stated in the report of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Censor.NET informs.

Strikes on Ukraine

According to the updated information, yesterday the enemy launched two missile and 98 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, using three missiles and dropping 150 GABs. In addition, it carried out more than five thousand two hundred attacks, including 147 with multiple launch rocket systems and used 2,283 kamikaze drones to attack.

The aggressor carried out air strikes, in particular, in the areas of Yanivka, Yunakivka, Loknia in Sumy region; Oleksievo-Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka, Druzhkivka, Pokrovsk, Leontovychi, Novopil, Shevchenko in Donetsk region; Zaliznychne, Huliaipole, Novoandriivka in Zaporizhzhia region, and Kherson city.

Defeat of the enemy

Over the past day, the missile troops and artillery of the Defence Forces hit 14 areas of concentration of weapons and military equipment and two artillery pieces of the Russian invaders.

Kharkiv region

In the Kharkiv sector, our troops repelled two enemy attacks near Vovchansk.

Eight occupiers' attacks took place in the Kupyansk sector over the last day. Ukrainian defence forces repelled the enemy's assault in the areas of Petropavlivka, Stepova Novoselivka and Zahryzove.

The situation in the East

In the Lyman sector, the enemy attacked seven times. They tried to advance near the settlements of Myrne, Kolodiazi and Hrekivka.

Our defenders repelled nine enemy attacks in the areas of Verkhniokamianske, Bilohorivka and Ivano-Darivka in the Siverskyi sector.

In the Kramatorsk sector, one firefight was registered in the area of Chasiv Yar.

In the Toretsk sector, the enemy carried out 19 attacks near Toretsk, Leonidivka, Druzhba and Ozarianivka.

In the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders stopped 45 aggressor attacks in the areas of Vodiane Druhe, Yelyzavetivka, Novotoretske, Promin, Dachenske, Novoukrainka, Shevchenko, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novooleksandrivka, Nadiivka and Andriivka.

In the Novopavlivka sector, the enemy attacked our positions ten times near the settlements of Kostiantynopil, Rozlyv and Burlatske.

South

In the Huliaipillia sector, Ukrainian troops stopped eight attempts by invaders to advance near Pryvilne and Novodarivka.

In the Orikhivsk sector, our defenders successfully repelled six enemy attacks in the areas of Piatykhatky, Kamianske and in the direction of Novoandriivka.

The enemy did not conduct any active offensive in the Prydniprovskyi sector.

Kursk region

In the operational zone in Kursk region, Ukrainian Defence Forces units repelled 17 attacks by Russian invaders over the past day. The enemy fired 334 artillery rounds, including 12 from multiple rocket launchers, and conducted 29 air strikes using 33 GABs.
