Since beginning of day, 244 combat engagements recorded in frontline, over 100 of them in Kursk, Pokrovsk and Lyman directions – General Staff
In total, 244 combat engagements have been recorded since the beginning of the day. Ukrainian defenders continue to resolutely repel the enemy's attempts to advance deep into our territory, inflicting fire damage.

Russian shelling of Ukraine
The Russian invaders launched one missile and 49 air strikes, used one missile and dropped 68 guided aerial bombs. In addition, they used more than 700 kamikaze drones and fired more than 4,000 rounds at our troops' positions and populated areas.
Situation in Kharkiv region
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy conducted offensive actions six times since the beginning of the day in the areas of Hlyboke and Vovchansk, Kozacha Lopan, Hoptivka and Veterynarne were hit by enemy aircraft.
In the Kupiansk direction, the aggressor conducted offensive actions in the areas of Nova Kruhliakivka, Petropavlivka, Kucherivka, Bohuslavka and Zahryzove, where Ukrainian defenders stopped 13 enemy attacks.
Hostilities in the East
In the Lyman direction, Russian invaders attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 31 times in the areas of Cherneshchyna, Hrekivka, Katerynivka, Yampolivka, Novomykhailivka, Nove and Zelena Dolyna. Four combat engagements are still ongoing.
In the Siversk direction, our defenders repelled six attacks by the occupying forces near the settlements of Bilohorivka and Verkhnokamianske.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our defenders near Mayske, Chasiv Yar and Stupochky. The defense forces repelled 14 attacks.
Russians stormed the positions of Ukrainian troops thirty-two times in the Toretsk sector in the areas of Bila Hora, Dyliivka, Dachne, Druzhba, Kurdiumivka and Toretsk. One combat engagement is still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of this day, the enemy has attacked in the areas of Vodiane Druhe, Promin, Lysivka, Novoukrainka, Zelene, Zvirove, Leontovychi, Serhiivka, Udachne, Novooleksandrivka, Nadiivka, Preobrazhenka, Bohdanivka, Oleksiivka, Shevchenko, Kotlyarivka and Andriivka. Our defenders stopped 54 enemy assault operations, nine more combat engagements are still ongoing. Nova Poltavka, Pokrovsk, Hrodivka, Zvirove and Leontovychi were hit by air strikes.
According to preliminary data, 154 invaders were neutralized in this sector today, 120 of them were killed. Ukrainian troops destroyed one armored combat vehicle, three vehicles, a cannon, a mortar, seven reconnaissance UAVs and one enemy repeater; they also damaged an enemy cannon and a vehicle.
The situation in the South
In the Novopavlivka direction, the enemy tried to break through the defenses of our troops 16 times in the areas of Kostiantynopil, Pryvilne, Skudne, Vilne Pole and Burlatske. Four combat engagements are currently underway.
In the Huliaipole direction, 15 combat engagements with the enemy took place in the areas of Zelene Pole, Novosilka and Novopil. Seven combat engagements are ongoing. The enemy attacked Novopil and Huliaipole with unguided aerial missiles.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy conducted nine offensives in the areas of Novodanilivka, Stepove, Piatikhatky, Shcherbaky, Kamianske and Lobkove. Two combat engagements are still pending. Novodanylivka was hit by enemy aircraft.
In the Prydniprovske direction, the enemy attacked twice towards the positions of our defenders, but was unsuccessful. The enemy launched air strikes near the settlements of Burhunka, Virivka, Matrosivka and Korsunka.
Kursk direction
Since the beginning of the day, 33 combat engagements have taken place in the Kursk direction, and the invading army has carried out 13 air strikes, dropping 15 GABs, and fired 240 times, including nine times from multiple launch rocket systems.
Today, it is worth mentioning the soldiers of the 44th Separate Artillery Brigade named after Hetman Danylo Apostol and the 406th Separate Artillery Brigade, who are inflicting significant losses in manpower and equipment on the enemy.
