US could deploy its nuclear weapons on Polish territory - Duda

President Andrzej Duda believes that the United States could deploy its nuclear weapons on Polish territory.
He stated this in an interview with the Financial Times, Censor.NET reports.
According to the Polish leader, it is "obvious" that Donald Trump could relocate US nuclear warheads located in Western Europe or the United States to Poland.
Duda said that he had recently discussed this proposal with Keith Kellogg.
"NATO's borders moved east in 1999, so 26 years later, NATO's infrastructure should also move east. This is obvious to me," the Polish president said.
The leader believes that "it would be safer if these weapons were already here."
Duda also hopes to revive the nuclear weapons sharing project, which he presented to the Joe Biden administration in 2022.
Duda recalled that Putin decided to move tactical nuclear weapons to Belarus.
"Russia did not even hesitate when it moved its nuclear weapons to Belarus. They did not ask anyone for permission," he added.
