The Save Ukraine team helped to return two teenagers from the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia region.

This was announced on Telegram channel by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov, Censor.NET reports.

According to him, a total of 74 children from the TOT of the region have been rescued since 2022.

Two boys from our region were rescued from the temporarily occupied territories as part of the bringkidsback_ua initiative.

What is known about the rescued teenagers?

According to Fedorov, the 14-year-old lived in the occupation without his father for three years. He is a military man and had to leave. The child was summoned for interrogation by the FSB, his home was searched, and he was forced to study a Russian program.

The 15-year-old boy was threatened by the FSB to be sent to an orphanage, while he was studying in a Ukrainian online program.

"Russians are turning our children into hostages of their policy. I am grateful to everyone who is helping to save young Ukrainians," the head of the region summarizes.
