Kremlin accuses Ukraine of "sabotaging" agreement to stop strikes on energy sector
Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the Kremlin considers the attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on energy facilities in Kuban to be sabotage of the agreements.

"Kyiv has not cancelled its nighttime attack on facilities in Russia, which is contrary to Putin and Trump's efforts to reach a peaceful settlement," he said.
Refusal to strike at the energy sector
