Kremlin accuses Ukraine of "sabotaging" agreement to stop strikes on energy sector

Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the Kremlin considers the attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on energy facilities in Kuban to be sabotage of the agreements.
