Ukraine will fight for all deported children, but situation with orphans is most difficult - Zelenskyy

Ukraine will work to return all children taken to Russia, but the issue of returning orphans remains particularly difficult.
This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during an online briefing, Censor.NET report.
He noted that those who have relatives and friends in Ukraine have the best chance of returning, but the situation with orphans will be more difficult.
"I think that where we have relatives, friends, as many as possible, we have not only the rights but also the opportunity to return the children. (...) We will fight for all children. I think it will be difficult for us with orphans. We must return everyone," Zelenskyy said.
The President emphasized that the issue of returning deported children is one of the key issues for Ukraine. He also noted that Russia is unlikely to show goodwill in this matter, and the Ukrainian side cannot use the exchange mechanism.
"It is clear that the children must return. There is a difficulty - we do not exchange children for anyone. I don't think we will get goodwill from Russia (in this matter)," Zelenskyy said.
