Russian strikes on Ukraine
Yesterday, the enemy launched two missile strikes using three missiles and 94 air strikes, dropping 151 drones on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements. In addition, it carried out 6449 attacks, including 187 from multiple launch rocket systems, and used about three thousand kamikaze drones to attack.
The aggressor carried out air strikes, in particular, in the areas of Krasnopillia, Mykhailivske, Uhrody, Osoyivka, Miropilske, Petrushivka, Mykhailivske in Sumy region; Novopil in the Donetsk region; Zaporizhzhia, Huliaypole, Kamianske, Rozhdestvanka, Nyzhnia Khortytsia in the Zaporizhzhia region.
Defeating the enemy
Over the past day, the aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces hit 11 areas of concentration of personnel, weapons, and military equipment, two air defense facilities, two artillery facilities, an ammunition depot, and one enemy pontoon crossing.
Kharkiv region.
In the Kharkiv sector, the enemy tried nine times to break through the defensive lines of our defenders near the towns of Kindrashivka, Mala Shapkivka, Hlyboke, and Vovchansk.
In the Kupiansk sector, eight attacks took place yesterday. Ukrainian defenders repelled the enemy's assault in the areas of Pishchane, Ivanivka, Kruhlyakivka, Zahryzove, and in the direction of Petropavlivka.
The situation in the East
In the Liman sector, the enemy attacked 22 times. They tried to break into our defense in the areas of Nove, Novomykhailivka, and near Yampolivka, Kopanky, and Nadia.
In the Siversk sector, the enemy made three attempts to advance in the area of Bilohorivka, as well as in the directions of Verkhnekamianske and Ivan-Daryivka.
In the Kramatorsk sector, the occupants attacked four times in the areas of Minkivka, Stupochky, and the direction of Oleksandr-Shultyno and Predtechyno.
In the Toretsk sector, the enemy made 25 attacks near the settlements of Dachne, Druzhba, and Toretsk.
In the Pokrovsk sector, our defenders stopped 53 aggressor's assault actions in the areas of Panteleymonivka, Oleksandropil, Zelene Pole, Tarasivka, Yelizavetivka, Novotositske, Promin, Lysivka, Pokrovsk, Zvirove, Kotlyne, Udachne, Preobrazhenka, and Andriivka, as well as in the directions of Muravka and Kotliarivka.
In the Novopavlivka sector, the enemy carried out 15 attacks in the direction of Shevchenko and the areas of Vilne Pole, Kostiantynopil, and Rozlyv.
Fighting in the South
In the Orikhiv sector, the occupation forces advanced four times towards the positions of our defenders in the direction of Shcherbaky and Stepove.
No combat engagements took place in the Huliaypillia and Prydniprovskyi sectors yesterday.
North
No signs of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissia directions.
Kursk region
Ukrainian defense forces continue operations in the Kursk region. Over the past day, the enemy carried out 18 air strikes, dropping 27 drones, and fired 363 times, four of which were from multiple rocket launchers. Ukrainian defenders stopped 18 assault actions of the invaders.
