Zelenskyy spoke with Macron about Mirages

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy discussed with his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron the increase in the number of Mirage-2000 combat aircraft in Ukraine.

Zelenskyy said this during a joint press conference with Macron on Wednesday, March 26, in Paris, Interfax-Ukraine reports, Censor.NET informs.

"We discussed that we will increase the number of Mirage jets. We are also grateful for all other manifestations of defense support for Ukraine. Today we have already begun and will continue to discuss the situation at the front, specific defense needs and prospects for how we can end this war," Zelenskyy said.

He also said that he had discussed increasing joint production with Macron. The leaders instructed the defense ministries to detail these issues and ensure their implementation.

Earlier, Macron said that France is also working to speed up the supply of missiles and drones, which Ukraine has identified as a priority.
