Zelenskyy on Putin: "He will die soon - this is fact, and everything will end"

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy names Putin’s main fears

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy suggested that Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin is most afraid of losing his power and political isolation and will "die soon."

He said this in an interview with Eurovision News, Censor.NET reports.

When asked what the Russian leader was afraid of, Zelenskyy said that it was the destabilization of Russian society.

"Putin is only afraid of his society. The destabilization of his society is what he is afraid of. But no one can influence this. He will influence it himself. His economy will affect it, his sanctions policy will affect it. The fact that he does not control and protect all his territories," he said.

According to the president, this fear of the Russian dictator can be influenced by Ukraine's Western partners if they "are as strong as they are, Putin is afraid of this."

Another thing that Putin is afraid of, according to the Ukrainian president, is being left alone and losing his strength. In this context, Zelenskyy said that it depends on the age of the Kremlin leader.

"He will die soon, that's a fact. And everything will end. His issue may be resolved before he completes his unsuccessful historical life. This is what he is afraid of," Zelenskyy emphasized.

He also believes that the Russian dictator is afraid of political isolation.

"It was not possible to isolate Putin from the political point of view to the end. Because at the moment of political isolation, the countries of the global south did not isolate him, but continued to have contacts with him. I believe that they helped him in this way [...] it is very important that America does not help Putin get out of this global isolation now, because it is dangerous," Zelenskyy explained.

The President added that it is any war that prolongs Putin's life: "But I am definitely younger than Putin. This is my perspective. Bet on me, I have a better perspective."

Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that he hoped Donald Trump would realize Vladimir Putin's real weakness and the danger of a Russian victory.
