Putin wants to introduce interim administration in Ukraine under the auspices of UN and number of countries to hold elections there - Russian media

Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin has said that Ukraine needs to introduce interim administration under the auspices of the United Nations to hold elections.

Thus, Putin said that the civilian authorities in Ukraine are not legitimate now, as there have been no presidential elections.

He also says that Russia does not understand with whom to sign anything in Ukraine, as "other leaders will come tomorrow". And the Russian Federation allegedly offered to resolve all issues regarding Ukraine peacefully even in 2022.

In addition, Putin proposed to discuss the introduction of interim administration in Ukraine under the auspices of the UN and a number of countries in order to hold elections there.
