Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin has said that Ukraine needs to introduce interim administration under the auspices of the United Nations to hold elections.

Thus, Putin said that the civilian authorities in Ukraine are not legitimate now, as there have been no presidential elections.

He also says that Russia does not understand with whom to sign anything in Ukraine, as "other leaders will come tomorrow". And the Russian Federation allegedly offered to resolve all issues regarding Ukraine peacefully even in 2022.
