Governance in Ukraine is determined by its constitution and the people of country, - White House

A representative of the White House National Security Council stressed that governance in Ukraine is determined by its Constitution and the people of the country.
According to Censor.NET, Reuters reports.
The day before, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin once again declared the illegitimacy of the Ukrainian government and proposed to consider the possibility of introducing "interim administration" in Ukraine under the auspices of the UN and a number of states "to hold elections and further negotiations on peace".
Therefore, the White House commented on the words of the Russian leader, noting that the system of governance in Ukraine is determined by its Constitution and the people of the country.
As a reminder, Donald Trump's special envoy for the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, said that holding presidential elections in Ukraine was a necessary step, and the country's leadership agreed.
