Putin proposes to involve North Korea in peace talks on Ukraine - Moscow Times

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with the sailors of the "Arkhangelsk" nuclear submarine that not only the United States but also countries "friendly" to Russia could be involved in peace talks to end the war in Ukraine.

He named China, Brazil, India, South Africa, and North Korea among such countries.

Putin stressed that the DPRK is an important ‘partner’ of Russia and reminded that at the end of 2024, an agreement on "military cooperation" between the two countries will come into force. According to this document, each party undertakes to assist the other "by all available means".
