UK announces new package of sanctions against Russia: Eurasia organization and its leadership are included

The British government has announced a new package of sanctions, which includes the Russian autonomous non-profit organization for the promotion of international cooperation Eurasia and its head Nelly Parutenko.
This is stated in a statement on the British government's website, Censor.NET reports.
The sanctions also affected members of the board of the Moldovan Renaissance party, Natalia Parasca, and a member of the Moldovan parliament, Marina Tauber. In London, they are considered to be acting in the interests of the fugitive pro-Russian oligarch Ilan Shor.
In addition, members of the Supreme Council of Justice of Georgia Levan Murusidze and Mikhail Chinchaladze, as well as seven citizens of Guatemala, were sanctioned.
According to Russian media, the chairman of the board of trustees of Eurasia is Vyacheslav Volodin, who was sentenced in absentia to 15 years in prison in Ukraine for encroachment on the territorial integrity of the country. Volodin is already under sanctions from the EU, the US, the UK, and a number of other countries.
