We expect Zelenskyy to attend NATO summit in Hague, Dutch Foreign Minister Veldkamp said

Dutch Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp believes that Volodymyr Zelenskyy will be invited to participate in the NATO summit in The Hague.
This was reported by Censor.NET with reference to the European Parliament.
"It is too early to say what exactly will happen in The Hague. But I expect President Zelenskyy to be there," Veldkamp said.
He noted that it is difficult to make any predictions about the NATO summit to be held in June, as "Russian-American negotiations are going on right now."
"I can imagine that at some point we will all lose patience - and the Americans will lose patience because Russia is stalling in these negotiations," the minister said.
"We saw this in the Black Sea ceasefire negotiations. They (Russia) tie all sorts of additional elements to them, just as a tactic to stall. Yesterday at the negotiating table we were very well aware of this," he added.
"We believe that now we need to put more pressure on Russia, and we need to support Ukraine as much as possible," Veldkamp concluded.
Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said that President Zelenskyy has not yet been invited to the annual NATO summit to be held in June 2025 in The Hague.
