Mechanized assault is possible in Chasiv Yar direction in near future, enemy is waiting for favorable weather conditions – Luhansk Operational Tactical Group

The occupiers are waiting for favorable weather conditions to actively carry out assault operations in the direction of Chasiv Yar.
According to Censor.NET, citing Ukrinform, this was reported by Dmytro Zaporozhets, spokesman for the Luhansk Operational Tactical Group.
"Most likely, the enemy is waiting for certain weather conditions — possibly rain, fog, or a combination of both — in order to intensify assault operations toward Chasiv Yar. There is a high probability that a mechanized assault will be launched in the Chasiv Yar sector," the spokesman noted.
Zaporozhets stated that several factors indicate a possible mechanized assault by Russian forces in the near future — in particular, the ongoing daily shelling with high intensity.
"A week ago it was 150-180, but now it has exceeded 200-264, just like in Toretsk - the enemy has sent so much artillery to the positions of the Defense Forces. Reconnaissance by drones is also active. Over the past day, about 21 reconnaissance drones were hovering in the air across the entire operational area, but the largest number of them were in the Chasiv Yar and Toretsk directions. The enemy is also not actively negotiating on the radio, which may also indicate that they have accumulated something and will try to carry out assault actions," added the spokesman.
