Moment of strike on restaurant in Kryvyi Rih: no Ukrainian soldiers present. VIDEO

CCTV footage from a restaurant in Kryvyi Rih refutes the Kremlin's claim that the strike targeted Ukrainian military personnel.

This is stated in the material of France 24, Censor.NET reports.

The Russians claimed to have attacked the facility because "Ukrainian commanders and Western instructors" were allegedly present there.

The footage shows that there were no soldiers in the restaurant.

"The Russians say they were shooting at soldiers, but there are no soldiers here. It's just horrible. So many children have died," said Oleh, a former soldier who lives near the playground.

France 24 correspondent Gulliver Cragg also found no evidence that the military had met at the restaurant.
