Russian drone hits high-rise building in Zhytomyr region: 1 person killed, 5 injured, including child. PHOTOS
On the evening of April 10, a Russian UAV hit a high-rise building in Ozerne, Zhytomyr district.
According to Censor.NET, this was reported by the head of the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration Vitalii Bunechko.
"Today, an enemy drone hit a high-rise building in the Zhytomyr district. At least 5 buildings were damaged.
Unfortunately, one person was killed, and we know about 5 injured, including a child born in 2011. The victims are in hospitals in the region," he said.
Bunechko also noted that rescue workers and an investigative team are currently working at the scene. A shelter is being set up in the community to provide heating and assistance. Residents of the damaged apartments will receive construction materials and the necessary support to repair the destruction.
