Today, on April 13, Russian troops attacked Sumy with rockets with cluster munitions.
This was announced by the head of the PO Andrii Yermak on Telegram, Censor.NET reports.
"A rocket with cluster munitions is what the Russians are doing to kill as many civilians as possible. The strike on the city of Sumy is a deliberate shelling of civilians," the statement said.

As a reminder, on April 13, 2025, Russian troops struck Sumy with ballistic missiles. Significant destruction and a large number of casualties have been reported.
As of this moment, there are 21 dead and at least 83 wounded.
